Key Accountabilities:

• Master order management – Active customers have master orders booked on time and those orders are consistently reviewed and adjusted based upon the client and the company’s best interests
• Ensure orders are shipped successfully – Proactively know and understand our customer needs. Manage issues, to meet expectations
• Be an expert resource for customers – Demonstrate expert knowledge of the nursery industry, plant material, and market conditions
• Manage Key Accounts/Clients – Develop business relationships with Outside reps and Customers

Essential Job Duties:

• Manage Open-orders reports and modify the orders and ship dates based upon customer needs
• Maintain a high level of customer service through phone calls, electronic communication, and customer visits. Document in CRM
• Ensure all customer expectations are documented in SBI and CRM
• Visit customers, and other growing facilities to develop relationship and gain knowledge
• Daily tours to ensure familiarity with on-hand and future inventory
• Inspection of material before shipping

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Good knowledge of Nursery Stock
• Driven Sales Minded Personality
• Basic computer skills, software proficiency including Microsoft Office products
• Work well in a team environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required: 5 years working experience in related field
• Required: Experience in customer service and sales
